Our first stop back in California was to see the Big Tree. It is 1500 years old (give or take). It was the one thing Sean most wanted to see.
Sean took this lovely photograph of Ian and Harriet.
The trunk of Big Tree is bigger than my car.
We couldn't take the entire trail because of recently fallen trees.
Moss grows everywhere in this dark and damp forest. Current Mood:  cheerful Current Music: Harvest Moon |
